I originally bought these sweats back in November, I clearly purchased a defective pair because after 2 wears and a wash cycle, the back pocket started to loosen (as you can see in the image which was taken 3 months after purchase).
I reached out to the Fubu Team and they took care of it with no questions asked. The Fubu team reached out to me via email and provided me with a prepaid shipping label to return my defective item, the email responses were so fast and consistent that you would've thought it was The Founder Daymond John responding to the emails. Once the item was shipped, Fubu gladly sent me a new pair of sweats. This is the kind of customer service that I would expect from a quality company such Fubu. As before, Fubu still has very nice quality clothing that you can feel. The stitch work on the patches are clean, secure and made to last through multiples washes. Fubu is back
